How it works
While DSL is a technology best known for providing high-speed Internet in the home, it also has an important place in the hospitality industry. While it would be ideal for every hotel to have been properly wired for high-speed Internet during construction, older hotels did not have this luxury.

There are three options to retrofit a hotel that does not have proper cabling installed.

• Install a wireless network
• Run new cabling to each guest room
• Install a DSL solution

Running new cable to each guest and meeting room is not a viable option for hotels. The cost is astronomical and it is very disruptive to hotel operations as it requires extensive construction.
